Adam graduated from the University of Liverpool and continued to study several post-graduate courses in oral surgery, prosthodontics and restorative dentistry. He is one of the only clinicians in the country to hold a Master’s degree in Implantology, which he gained from the University of Manchester. He also has Diplomas from various other institutes, including The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow and the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Adam has spent much of his time expanding his knowledge both in the UK and internationally to achieve gold-standard treatment outcomes for his patients.
As well as using his extensive knowledge in his own work, Adam is also a mentor for Implant Dentists. He contributes regularly to clinical magazines and journals and writes a health column in the Leicester Mercury newspaper. He is also on the editorial board for a dental publication and holds the Best Young Dentist Award (Midlands).
Adam is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care. He wants you to feel relaxed from the moment you arrive and uses his gentle, calm manner to make your visit as comfortable as can be.
Over the last few years, Adam has taken part in several research projects, including a study on oropharyngeal cancer in Hong Kong. He has also been involved in a study on peri-implantitis, a disease linked to dental implants. He recently travelled to East Africa to provide important oral health education to third world communities.
Outside of work, Adam is an avid football fan and enjoys keeping active, exploring the world and scuba diving. He is also passionate about wildlife and recently contributed to a project that aims to save the mountain gorilla from extinction.
