Here at Nottingham Smiles we are delighted to house the latest in dental technology advancement, in the form of CEREC. This is highly advanced piece of equipment that allows instantaneous treatment for patients, able to create tooth attachments in the same visit that measurements are taken.

As would often be the case, a crown or veneer would need to be sent off by the dentist to a laboratory, which could take up to 3 appointments before the appliance is fitted. Thanks to CEREC our resident dentists are able to create your crown or veneer exactly how you want them right away.

The machine can also provide inlays/onlays, which can replace those unsightly amalgam fillings with the more aesthetically pleasing white ones.

CEREC is a major benefit for our patients, as you no longer have to wait weeks on end for treatment and there is no need for temporary replacements. The new treatment time with the CEREC technology is reduced significantly and could only take an hour to restore your teeth.
